Integrated Solutions Manager

Tailwind is looking for an Integrated Solutions Manager who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed to go beyond the obvious, deliver high budget ad campaigns, draw complex insights and provide actionables to the team and the client.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Our ideal candidate should have some technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.

Responsibilities:

- Implementing and monitoring the digital advertising and outreach campaigns effectively, in coordination with different stakeholders

- Facilitating collection, harmonization and warehousing of campaign performance data from various sources and stakeholders, and organization of data into insightful dashboards

- Coordinating with various stakeholders and web development team to build high-converting landing pages and comprehensive campaign websites, taking complete ownership from conceptualization to production

- Performing quality assurance controls on the end-user deliverables / products

- Build and maintain databases following the best practices to ensure the data availability and visibility for stakeholders at all times.

- Analysing data from ad campaigns, website traffic and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performance

- Providing inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targeting

- Work with other departments to ensure goal and strategy alignment.

- Managing the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team members

- Creating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners and publishers

- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to find opportunities for optimization

- Strong written, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients, and ensure seamless inter-teams coordination

- Hands-on experience in managing web development and understanding of user experience and web technologies

- Proficiency in user analytics and marketing tools like Google Analytics, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.

- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:

- Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering, statistics, marketing or a related field from a leading education institution

- Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either a product/growth/brand management focused role in a consumer-facing organisation or a full-service agency
