We are a growing Indian designer wear brand specializing in custom outfits, stylish blouses, salwar suits, sharara/gharara sets, kurta sets, and made-to-measure ethnic clothing.
Role & Responsibilities:
Cutting of designer blouses, dresses, kurta sets, lehengas, shararas/gharara sets
Pattern making, draping, grading, and size adjustments
Understanding custom measurements (including plus-size)
Working with various fabrics: silk, georgette, organza, net, brocade, velvet, cotton, etc.
Coordinating with tailors & production team
Achieving perfect fit and clean finishing
Managing sample pieces and production pieces
Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of cutting experience in ladies' ethnic or Indo-western wear
Strong knowledge of garment construction, smart fittings and alterations
Ability to cut complex designer pieces
Good fabric knowledge
Fast, accurate, and quality-focused
