Required Skills:

Knowledge of sign board installer, particularly in outdoor and indoor settings. Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, materials, and sewing patterns. Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting of sewing equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Creativity and adaptability in implementing design concepts and alterations. Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role & Responsibilities

Select and prepare the appropriate materials, including flex, fabric, stitching accessories, and rexine, according to the project requirements. Utilize various cutting tools and techniques to create precise shapes and pieces. Seamlessly stitch together various materials, paying close attention to stitching techniques, thread tension, and seam allowances. Incorporate different stitching styles and techniques to enhance the visual appeal and durability of the products. Apply appropriate finishing touches, such as hemming, lining, and reinforcement stitching, to ensure the product meets quality standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the final products meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with designers, production managers, and other team members to discuss project requirements and design specifications. Keep the work area clean and organized, including maintaining and servicing sewing machines and tools.
