Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tagetik CCH & Hyperion Support Engineer to join our client's team and support a leading banking client.
In this role, you will help keep critical financial systems running smoothly. You will work with modern tools, strong teams, and global users. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting business-critical systems, and working in a stable banking environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day (BAU) support for Tagetik CCH and Hyperion modules (HFM, FDMQ, Essbase, SmartView).
• Ensure systems are always available and perform well for both online and batch jobs.
• Support users across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and international locations.
• Monitor systems and quickly respond to incidents, issues, and service requests.
• Improve system performance to handle high data volume and peak usage.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and suggest the best technical solutions.
• Review technical and functional changes to ensure they meet IT standards.
• Perform impact analysis for new changes and enhancements.
• Take part in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) activities.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support when required.
• Support deployments across SIT, UAT, PROD, and DR environments using DevOps practices.
• Assist with system, platform, and database upgrades.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and data center teams during production issues.
• Maintain a strong quality mindset with a focus on prevention and zero defects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Tagetik CCH, SQL, and Hyperion modules (HFM, Essbase, FDM, SmartView).
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, MS SQL, JBoss, and batch & shell scripting.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in application development or support.
• Last 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of production support environments.
• Experience in incident, problem, and outage management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and clear articulation skills.
