Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Growth:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.- Identify and build relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, government panels, embassies, and referral doctors.- Drive patient acquisition campaigns for key departments (e.g., cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, IVF, etc.).- Expand the hospital's market share within South Delhi and NCR by creating outreach programs and tie-ups.Corporate & Institutional Relations:- Secure empanelments with corporate clients, PSUs, and government institutions.- Strengthen relationships with TPAs, insurance providers, and wellness program partners.- Lead health camps, screening programs, and medical talks in corporate and community settings to generate patient leads.Team Leadership & Coordination:- Lead and mentor the hospital's sales and business development team.- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to design patient engagement initiatives.- Track performance metrics, conversion ratios, and ROI on marketing and sales activities.Market Intelligence & Strategy:- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies.- Provide insights to management on service gaps, patient needs, and potential areas of growth.- Support digital marketing campaigns by aligning them with sales goals.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).- 8-12 years of proven experience in healthcare sales/business development, preferably with multi-speciality hospitals in NCR.- Strong network of corporate, institutional, and TPA relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders.Key Competencies:- Results-driven with strong business acumen.- Relationship builder with persuasive influencing skills.- Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactical plans.- High level of professionalism and integrity in patient-centric service.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a leading multi-speciality hospital in South Delhi.- Growth prospects within a rapidly expanding healthcare group.
