Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative business intelligence dashboards using Tableau to monitor operational performance, present insights to underlying drivers, and support leaders in managing their business. Connect to various data sources, including databases and cloud-based platforms, to create data visualizations Develop and maintain data models, calculations, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data visualizations and reports Ability to perform complex data analysis on large volumes of data and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
Technical Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Tableau development Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Server, and Online Experience with data visualization principles and best practices Experienced in querying and transforming large datasets and/or creating reports using SQL (e.g. MSSQL, Databricks) Strong understanding of data modelling and data governance principles Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving Experience with technologies such as GitHub and Jira
Soft Skills:

Expert technical documentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, technical concepts to a non-technical audience Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities A team player who is passionate about developing peers, winning as a team, and providing constructive feedback when needed
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Pay: ₹517,059.61 - ₹900,000.00 per year
