Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining data-driven applications using Tableau Database and SQL. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in SQL will be essential in optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Design and develop data-driven applications using Tableau to create insightful visualizations that support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimize database performance by writing efficient SQL queries and implementing best practices for data management. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough testing and validation of data processes. Provide technical expertise in ANSI SQL to enhance data retrieval and manipulation capabilities. Maintain and update existing applications ensuring they meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database and application performance ensuring minimal downtime. Document technical specifications and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development efforts. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data management and application development. Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Tableau for creating complex data visualizations and dashboards. Possess strong proficiency in SQL and ANSI SQL for efficient data querying and manipulation. Have extensive experience in database management and optimization techniques. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
