About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Tableau Developer

to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, preparing datasets, building analytical reports, and deploying solutions on Tableau Server. The ideal candidate must have strong Tableau expertise, solid analytical skills, and hands-on experience interacting with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and publish dashboards and visualizations using

Tableau Desktop

? Build detailed, structured

analytical reports

as per business and client requirements
? Clean, transform, and prepare datasets using

Tableau Prep

? Manage dashboard/report deployment, scheduling, permissions, and data source management on

Tableau Server

? Interact directly with clients and stakeholders to gather BI/reporting requirements
? Perform data validation and write efficient

SQL queries

for data extraction and transformation
? Develop data models and optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability
? Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights
? Define KPIs, metrics, and business logic for reporting solutions
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, data engineers, and project managers
? Prepare and maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, calculations, and workflows
? Support user acceptance testing (UAT), provide end-user training, and handle post-deployment enhancements
? Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Mandatory hands-on experience in:

Tableau Desktop

(dashboards, LOD expressions, advanced calculations)

Tableau Prep

(data cleaning, shaping, and workflow creation)

Tableau Server

(publishing, permissions, scheduling, maintenance) Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and performance tuning Experience in creating structured

business/analytical reports

Solid understanding of data modeling, joins, blending, and relational databases Knowledge of ETL concepts; ETL tool exposure is a plus Proficiency in Excel or Python is an added advantage

General Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in

interacting with clients and business stakeholders

Ability to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient in a fast-paced project environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field Master's degree is an added advantage.
