Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Tableau Developer in Pune, India.

What a typical day looks like:

• Analytics Dashboard development for various key parameters of Flex Supply Chain
• Involve in design, data, various visualization finalization with business owners
• Periodical reporting to the business stakeholders on the progress & Maintains data dictionary for ready references
• Adapting to the best practices of dashboard development & applying actionable solutions
• 360 Degree business analytical capabilities to understand technical as well as business functions as well.
• Ability to work in different type of BI requirements from simple to complex reports and dashboards

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Should have hands-on working experience with various Data visualization & Business intelligence tools
• Should be good in data mining, data interpretation and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent Knowledge & hands on working experience in Tableau & SQL to design, develop, maintain various Data visualization / Tableau Dashboards mainly (but not limited to) from across Procurement & Supply Chain domain
• Excellent Knowledge on MicroStrategy & Microsoft office Suite is a must
• Purchasing, Planning and Supply Chain knowledge/experience is must
• Strong Oral, Written Communication, negotiation & Stakeholder Management skills
• Good analytical skills, Reporting, presentation and Decision-Making Skills
• Team player with very good collaboration abilities, well organized, able to prioritize based on business needs / urgencies
• Certification/Experience on VBA, Python, R, Snowflake would be added advantage
