Overview Risk reportingis the process of distributing information and analysis to internal Stakeholders, focused on the disclosure ofrisk. Risk reporting can be majorly classified into two broad buckets: Financial Risk reporting and Non-Financial Risk reporting. The current position is in the realm of Non-Financial Risk reporting and will cover information collation, analysis and distribution of data pertaining to Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Compliance Risk. Department: Global Non-Financial Risk Reporting Services Global Non-Financial Risk Reporting Services engages with internal State Street Stakeholders, providing innovative solutions to reporting requirements. The team is based out of India and Poland offices and operates at a truly global level. Through leveraging technology tools, the team synthes data and present results with appropriate business insight/context to senior management and global stakeholders. It is a role which requires strong inter-personal skills, high levels of exceptional Stakeholder communication and engagement. The team will be responsible to maintain and improve existing reporting and analytics infrastructure using various tools, methodologies and continuously monitoring the Non-Financial Risk profile of the firm. Responsibilities & Tasks Design compelling data visualizations and storytelling to communicate complex ideas and generate insights to business leaders using Tableau Desktop/other visualization tools Develop and automate best-in-class business intelligence and reports (dashboards, KPIs, metrics, scorecards, etc.) and build decision support dashboards. Write complex SQL queries and Extract data from Data base Server and connect them to Tableau for developing dashboards. Connect to multiple data sources like SQL Server /Access/Excel and develop Analytical reports/dashboards. Maintain reports on Tableau Server, schedule reports and perform Admin activities such as Adding Users/Groups and apply user security for the reports published on server. Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and support immediate business strategic needs. Ability to automate existing reports and provides efficiency and solutions for the business problem. Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide insights to drive growth and performance. Analysis of relevant data across all business domains and generating meaningful and actionable insights. High level of responsibility and ownership from inception to implementation of reporting environment. Provide leadership and functional oversight to junior resources on projects and BAU activities. Strong understanding of License management process Qualifications, Skills and Experience Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science and other quantitative discipline or its equivalent. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence especially in Data Visualization & Data Analytics. Experience in Banking domain. Extensive experience working on various Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI. Strong SQL and Datawarehouse skills. Experience in Advanced excel for reporting requirement. Strong Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages. Working knowledge of ETL processing and data transformation techniques. Good to have - VBA/Macro/PowerQuery Automation skillsets.
