Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct professional table tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
Teach table tennis fundamentals including grip, stance, footwork, serves, strokes, spins, and match strategies.
Design age-appropriate drills, practice routines, warm-ups, fitness, and conditioning exercises specific to table tennis.
Ensure correct techniques and safe play to prevent injuries and maintain high safety standards.
Identify and nurture talent by providing individual attention, corrections, and performance feedback.
Promote discipline, confidence, focus, teamwork, and sportsmanship through table tennis training.
Prepare students for school-level matches, tournaments, competitions, and demonstrations.
Organize and assist in inter-school table tennis events, competitions, and practice sessions.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating learning environment.
Be flexible and willing to travel or relocate as per organizational requirements.
Continuously upgrade coaching skills by learning modern table tennis techniques, rules, and training methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (
BPED / MPED
) or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
Specialization or strong coaching/playing experience in
Table Tennis
(mandatory).
Sound knowledge of table tennis rules, techniques, and match regulations.
Experience in handling children and school-level students.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to motivate and engage beginners as well as advanced players.
Energetic, disciplined, and student-focused coaching approach.
Confident personality with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
