Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct
professional table tennis training sessions
for students across different age groups.
Teach
table tennis fundamentals
, including grip, stance, footwork, strokes, serves, and match strategies.
Design
skill-based drills, practice routines, and fitness exercises
specific to table tennis performance.
Identify and nurture talent by providing
individual attention and performance feedback
.
Promote discipline, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship through table tennis training.
Ensure
student safety
by following proper training methods and equipment handling.
Organize and assist in
inter-school matches, tournaments, and practice sessions
.
Maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating training environment.
Be flexible and willing to
travel and relocate
as per organizational requirements.
Continuously upgrade skills by learning
advanced table tennis coaching techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
(mandatory).
Specialization or strong playing/coaching experience in Table Tennis
(mandatory).
Sound knowledge of
rules, techniques, and training methods
of table tennis.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi

Ability to motivate and engage beginners as well as advanced players.
