Strong knowledge and experience in table tennis rules, techniques, and strategies Ability to create tailored training plans for players of different skill levels and age groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and motivate players Demonstrated success in developing players to improve their game and achieve their goals Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Experience in organizing and running table tennis tournaments and events Ability to maintain a safe and clean training environment Valid certification as a table tennis coach from a recognized organization is preferred
