Job Description

Coaching individuals or teams in table tennis, designing training programs, providing instruction, organizing practice sessions, and fostering a positive training environment. The coach may also be responsible for preparing players for competitions, promoting sportsmanship, and ensuring the safety of players.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for players of different skill levels Provide individual and group coaching sessions to improve players' technique and strategy Evaluate players' progress and provide feedback and guidance for improvement Organize and lead team practices and matches Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment during training and matches Encourage sportsmanship and teamwork among players Keep accurate records of players' attendance, performance, and progress Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate tournaments and events

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience in table tennis rules, techniques, and strategies Ability to create tailored training plans for players of different skill levels and age groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and motivate players Demonstrated success in developing players to improve their game and achieve their goals Experience in organizing and running table tennis tournaments and events Ability to maintain a safe and clean training environment Valid certification as a table tennis coach from a recognized organization is preferred
