Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution



Build and execute hiring strategies for different clients across industries. Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level roles. Manage bulk hiring, niche hiring, and confidential mandates.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as the primary point of contact for all client hiring needs. Understand job briefs, ensure requirement clarity, and set hiring SLAs. Conduct weekly client review meetings and ensure delivery excellence.

3. Team Leadership



Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers; assign roles and monitor performance. Train the team on sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and client communication. Drive a high-performance and target-oriented culture.

4. Sourcing & Screening



Use multiple channels--LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, ATS--to source quality candidates. Conduct initial screening, evaluate fit, and manage candidate pipelines. Ensure high-quality shortlists with strong closure ratios.

5. Operational Excellence



Track hiring metrics: TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, pipeline status, daily/weekly productivity. Maintain clean data on ATS/trackers and present dashboards to management. Optimize recruitment processes for speed and quality.

6. Offer Management & Onboarding



Drive compensation discussions, negotiation, offer rollout, and acceptance. Ensure seamless onboarding for candidates through coordination with clients.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in both volume and niche hiring. Team management experience is mandatory. Hands-on sourcing expertise on LinkedIn, Naukri, and social platforms. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics. Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment. High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications



MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Prior experience in HR consulting, RPO, or agency hiring is a strong plus.
