Job Description

The TA (Non-IT) is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for non-IT positions within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The TA (Non-IT) will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
