We are having urgent opening for TA with one of our client @ New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce requirements. 2. Recruitment Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support in recruitment processes and strategies. 3. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and proactively plan recruitment efforts accordingly. 4. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, promoting our company as an employer of choice. 5. Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process to streamline candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection. 6. Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing activities, utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 7. Interviewing and Selection: Train and guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection criteria. 8. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. 9. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions. 10. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Qualifications and Skills: o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. o 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role. o Proven success in leading and managing a talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. o Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and recruitment tools. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. o Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. o Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies. o Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. o HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
