We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our hiring strategy and drive end-to-end recruitment operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in sourcing and acquiring top-tier talent but also possess a strong understanding of HR business partnering and broader HR functions. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent aligned with our growth goals and company values.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:

  • Design, implement, and optimize talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across functions and levels.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using a mix of sourcing strategies - job portals, social media, employee referrals, and strategic headhunting.
  • Drive data-backed hiring decisions by regularly reporting and analyzing key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity.
2. HR Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Act as a strategic HRBP to deliver people solutions that support business goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, role clarity, and team structures based on hiring and talent insights.
3. Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage external vendors and recruitment partners effectively to ensure consistent quality and alignment with internal expectations.
4. HR Projects and Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives such as employer branding, talent marketing, onboarding enhancement, and internal mobility.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in hiring and HR.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 8-14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HRBP responsibilities and broader HR domains.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, business acumen, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for people and talent excellence.
