Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling full execution of the interview process and managing end-to-end vendor management.  
2. Managing candidate trackers and interview schedules.  
3. Tracking and following up on all candidates; evaluating the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews.  
4. Conducting initial phone interview screens to assess the candidate's skill level, interest, and cultural fit.  
5. Sourcing from job boards.  
6. Sharing the screened profiles with the hiring managers and coordinating interviews/tests for the shortlisted candidates.  
7. Ensuring smooth and timely communication with all the stakeholders (candidates and hiring managers).  
8. Working with the relevant screening teams to ensure candidate screening is successfully completed, including initial screening of incoming CVs.  
9. Assisting the HRBP in preparing weekly reports and providing timely updates in the ATS.  
10. Handling regular interaction/daily meetings with team leads/managers to discuss requirements and priorities, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements, and proactively create a funnel of potential candidates.
