#LI-PSI : TA Insurance Recruiter (Analyst / Senior Analyst)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (On Contract with Gallagher)
Location: Mumbai
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO / 2 Days WFH)
Shift: General Shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to Early Joiners Experience Required
Analyst: 2 3 years of HR recruitment experience
Senior Analyst: 4 6 years of HR recruitment experience Mandatory Requirements
End-to-end HR recruitment experience from Indian insurance companies (mandatory)
Proven experience in bulk hiring and general insurance hiring
Strong exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
Good communication skills (candidates with poor communication will not be considered)
Ability to support high-volume hiring requirements Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for insurance roles
Support bulk and lateral hiring requirements within the insurance domain
Screen candidates for communication skills, domain relevance, and role fit
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment reports
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business needs Preferred Skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
Immediate availability or short notice period
