We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a fresher passionate about recruitment and eager to learn end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as LinkedIn posts and career fairs.
Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is add-on)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask and handle recruitment tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
