The candidate will be to transform data into insights that can help to improve the value and efficiency of the business. More specifically to design and maintain a project tracker for the Travel-For-Meetings teams. This project is critical for the business to take informed business decision using a single and accurate source of data.
What You'll do
Developing and handling business intelligence solutions for the organization
Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission
Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
What We're looking for
A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a field such as data analytics, statistics, business administration, mathematics, or a related field is preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, information technology, or a related field of data management.
Deep technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modelling techniques.
Work experience with programming tools and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI to create compelling visualizations and reports. Deep understanding of database concepts such as database structures, query languages, and data warehousing principles to keep the data warehouse organized.
Should be able to break down complex problems in a data analyst role, analyze data effectively, and derive meaningful insights is key to the role.
The candidate must be meticulous and thorough throughout the data analysis process, ensuring accuracy in reporting and recommendations.
Strategic problem solver to evaluate information objectively and assess alternative solutions to make informed decisions.
The candidate should be able to convey complex technical terms to non-technical team members is an essential part of the role, communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.
The person should be a team player, always willing to work with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals.
