Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect for our ISG team with 9 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in T24 Upgrades Java and Temenos UXP along with a strong background in Cards and Payments. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on delivering innovative solutions and enhancing our product offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of product solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Oversee the implementation of T24 upgrades ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing systems. Provide technical expertise in Java and Temenos UXP to enhance product functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and deliver T24 solutions that meet client needs. Analyze and optimize T24 Core Technical and OFS & Admin processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and customizations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cards and Payments domain. Monitor and evaluate the performance of product solutions implementing improvements as necessary. Support the delivery of high-quality products by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and expertise. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights into product development strategies. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that benefit society.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in T24 Upgrades Java and Temenos UXP. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Cards and Payments. Exhibit proficiency in T24 AA Technical OFS & Admin and Core Technical. Showcase ability to customize and deliver T24 solutions effectively. Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Have a proven track record of successful product architecture and design.
