In this role, you will:
Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services
Identify opportunity for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans
Review and analyze technical queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supporting low to medium risk technical deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving complex technical queries
Exercise some independent judgment to analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements while developing understanding of technical process controls or standards
Work as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes
Provide information related to supported system area to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal customers
Required Qualifications, US:
2 years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Responsibilities
Develop excellent application and functional knowledge for Commercial Banking application
Effective Incident and Problem Management
Run Incident calls taking care of Triage, communication, escalation, root cause analysis
Work on User support tickets
Identify automation opportunities and implement them
Monitor the application, application health checks, observability, defect replication in lower environment, post release checks and validation, Weekend On call responsibility, Build effective documentation
Identify efficiencies and realize them with process improvements, automation, collaboration with Dev and Operations teams
Understanding and exposure working in teams implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices
Documentation of the production SOP and work around.
Reporting around critical production metrics
Participate in LOB level initiatives
Essential Qualifications
University degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Technology.
Hands on experience of 4 years in Application and Production Support with hands on experience with Linux and Windows OS, Oracle database, Incident & Problem Management
Hands on experience with Splunk, App Dynamics, ITRS Geneos, Autosys, Service Now
Hands on with at least one of the scripting language Shell Script, Perl, Python or RPA UI PATH
Self-starter with good verbal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
Understanding of technologies like Microservices, PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Kafka, React JS and uDeploy
Banking domain exposure primarily in KYC/AML and/or Commercial Banking area
