Role & responsibilities
1. Systems & Network AdministrationMaintain and support internal networks (LAN/WAN), servers, and cloud systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).Manage hardware and software setup for all office and remote employees (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).Ensure data backups, disaster recovery plans, and network security protocols are up to date.
2. User Support & HelpdeskProvide technical support to staff across multiple offices and sites.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Yardi, AppFolio, Salesforce, CoStar).Train new and existing staff on IT systems, cybersecurity practices, and software usage.
3. Software & Application ManagementSupport and manage property management systems, CRMs, marketing platforms, and cloud storage.Implement and oversee digital document management systems used in leasing and sales.Assist in the integration of new technologies and third-party applications.
4. Security & ComplianceMonitor IT systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities.Enforce cybersecurity measures and best practices, including antivirus protection, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication.Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations relevant to real estate transactions (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
5. Vendor & Asset ManagementManage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, and equipment suppliers.Track IT assets, licenses, and warranties.Recommend procurement of hardware/software based on business needs.ReplyForwardAdd reaction.
