CTG is seeking to fill a Systems Integration - Staff opening for our client in Virginia.
Location: Remote
Duration: Permanent Placement
Duties:
Perform work associated with the engineering, maintenance, operation, and support of the organization's critical Systems Integration Architecture.
Ensure secure exchange of health and business data/information between systems, devices, applications, and external cloud services, customers, and partners.
Analyze data to support integration engineering and troubleshooting.
Monitor integration performance via dashboards and reports, and resolve integration issues and errors.
Monitor and evaluate vendor maintenance, upgrades, release schedules, and service bulletins; analyze potential impact and implement necessary actions.
Update integration connections and vendor-specific public/private keys.
Participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.
Maintain CMDB inventory, integration technical documentation, and work tickets in Incident and Request queues.
Elicit and document integration business and functional requirements.
Perform systems analysis, design, and modeling using tools such as Visio to prepare architecture diagrams.
Engineer translation tables, compliance filters, data mapping specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Define and execute integration test scenarios to ensure quality and compliance.
Skills:
Strong accountability, initiative, and time management.
Excellent active listening, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of requirements definition and analysis, common data standards, and data exchange methods.
Familiarity with integration engineering concepts, integration engine tools and technologies, and EHR main system functions.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Systems Integration or relevant experience (EPIC preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $94,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
