Family Description
Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
Subfamily Description
Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Covers customer specific solution and software design, development, implementation, unit testing and verification of hardware, platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute Integration Tasks: Carry out predefined integration, configuration, and testing tasks as per the implementation plan.
  • Understand Customer Requirements: Engage with customers to comprehend their needs and ensure solutions align with their expectations.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Follow Guidelines and Policies: Perform tasks with moderate guidance, adhering to established procedures and policies.
  • Analyze Information: Evaluate data and potential solutions to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Support Integration Activities: Contribute to the integration of network elements into systems, both on-site and remotely.
  • Guide New Team Members: Provide informal guidance to new team members on procedures and specific tasks.
  • Contribute to Actionable Measures: Assist in translating organizational strategies into actionable tasks within the team.
Qualifications:
You have:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, and FTL; strong Linux environment knowledge.
  • Cloud & Containerization: Experience with AWS, GKE, RedHat, Azure, Rancher, Kubernetes, and Docker/containerd.
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with GPON domain, NOKIA FN products like SDAN and Home Wi-Fi, and Network Management Systems.
  • CI/CD & Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and Agile/SCRUM practices.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Exceptional customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle disgruntled customers professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
