We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Ban/Hyd/Chn/Gur/Noida, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Credit Risk IT Senior Java Developer
Job Purpose
This is a technical role within the Risk & Finance IT Technology team, supporting and maintaining existing Risk & Finance IT owned systems, integration feeds and file transfers, as well as new development.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated proactive individual who will be expected to work in a dynamic changing environment in (Run the Bank) RTB area.
This opportunity offers an excellent overview of both the technical and business aspect of the bank.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the Bank\'s integration feeds and managed file transfer processes. This will require the individual to provide support during the business day. It will also involve regular participation on the out of hours support rota.
• Support and develop in-house built credit risk reporting and rating systems developed on Java, and Spring
• Develop and maintain in-house built applications on Java.
• Migration of feeds and managed file transfer configurations between the Bank\'s systems as well as enhancements to existing deployments.
• Identify & communicate issues / risks to manager.
• Adhere to Bank\'s standards and best practices for Integration
• Compliance with Standard Bank processes and procedures including change control, configuration management and logical access control.

Key tasks will include:

• Working closely with Credit Methodology & Business to ensure requirements and priorities are clearly understood.
• Translation of business requirements into IT focused credit system development definitions.
• Documenting existing Application configuration, mapping it to new Servers configuration.
• Ensuring project issues and conflicts are identified, raised and resolved.
• Migration Planning, scheduling meeting with stakeholders, Estimating delivering timelines Coordinating and undertaking user acceptance testing.

Experience required to successfully perform the role:
Mandatory skills

• Strong development background on the Java platform, Java 8+ required
• Experience with development on IntelliJ/Eclipse with Runtime Debugging
• Experience of working with version control systems e.g. Subversion, GIT and build tools like Maven
• Experience of relational database development using SQL and JDBC
• Good understanding of the system development life cycle, including change and configuration management.
• Good understanding of MQ

Desirable

• Experience configuring and working with JBOSS Application Server 7
• Experience working with IntelliJ, Jenkins, PowerShell, JavaScript
• A working knowledge of file transfer protocols and configuration e.g. SFTP, FTP
• Experience providing production support.

• Exposure to - JIRA, API testing (i.e. Soap UI/Postman), Selenium, Mock frameworks
• Understanding of batch processing.
• Understanding of Enterprise Scheduling tools e.g. Control-M
