Profile Summary:

• Project Manager - full -time dedicated PM to help progress numerous tasks around the project. The ideal resource should bring typical PM skills to the table.

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite of products

• MS Project
• MS Power BI
• Responsibilities will include

• 1. Effective stakeholder management

• a. Running weekly governance with BU
• b. Timely follow up with BUs on action items
• c. Run STC with CxO
• d. Participate in multiple weekly vendor meeting (DXC) and follow ups.
• 2. Presentation preparation / Status Reporting
• 3. Project Planning
• a. Manage Timeline

• b. Manage Change Control
• c. Manage Scope
• d. Monitor Progress
• e. Define and Track success criteria
• 4. Data analytics capabilities using Excel or MS Power BI

• a. Platform usage baseline by BU
• b. Monthly usage and performance report creation for Mainframe using Excel or MS Power BI
• c. Monthly Trend Analysis
