• At least 2 years of previous ServiceNow ITSM and UX experience.
• CSS, Java and HTML coding experience.
• Code testing, troubleshooting and debugging.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

The ITSM and UX developers will perform the following activities:

• Core configuration on the platform, specifically around ITSM applications.
• Script and code ServiceNow technical requirements design, development and testing.
• Script and code ServiceNow integrations and testing.
• New API technical requirements design, development and testing.
• API integration technical requirements design, development and testing.
• UX design
• Existing ServiceNow code cloning, retrofitting, and rebranding to U.S. Bank requirements
