The Group Company Systems Implementation & Coordination Manager is responsible for driving the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems across multiple group companies. This role acts as a strategic bridge between Group Headquarters, subsidiary entities, system vendors, and internal teams -- ensuring system rollouts are timely, standardized, and effectively adopted within each business unit.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical know-how, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills to ensure that systems not only go live but also deliver measurable value and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Implementation
Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise systems, including ERP, Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations platforms across group companies.
Translate business requirements into system specifications, workflows, and configuration documents.
Partner with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Oversee data migration, testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
Group Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between Group HQ and subsidiary companies on all system-related initiatives.
Align implementation timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across multiple entities.
Standardize processes, data structures, and reporting formats while balancing local operational needs.
Mediate and resolve cross-entity coordination issues effectively and diplomatically.
Change Management & Adoption
Drive system adoption through comprehensive training, communication, and user support initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to ensure systems align with actual workflows and operational realities.
Identify user resistance and address it through proactive engagement and support.
Measure adoption levels and ensure continuous improvement in user experience and efficiency.
Governance & Optimization
Establish and maintain system governance structures, access controls, and data integrity standards.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate periodic system enhancements or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with group policies, audit guidelines, and IT security standards.
Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives and continuous process optimization.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven expertise in enterprise system implementation, preferably with hands-on ERP experience.
Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Deep understanding of core business processes across Finance, Operations, HR, Projects, and Supply Chain.
Ability to manage multiple projects, entities, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills -- able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
High degree of ownership, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
7-12 years of experience in enterprise system implementation, digital transformation, or related domains.
Experience in multi-entity or group company environments is highly desirable.
ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Odoo, or similar) strongly preferred.
Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an advantage but not mandatory.
