xc2xb7 Project engineering, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.
xc2xb7 Participates in Sales to projects handover meeting
xc2xb7 Work out accurate detailed BOM
xc2xb7 Work out forecasting of BOM for anticipated orders
xc2xb7 C-KOM, site data collection and input gathering.
xc2xb7 Site execution planning, manpower planning and team management.
xc2xb7 Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations
xc2xb7 Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.
xc2xb7 Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering (logic development) and architecture.
xc2xb7 Preferred Understanding and Configuration of Network L1, L2, L3 and L4.
xc2xb7 Achieve change orders / service orders for out of scope jobs
xc2xb7 Man hour control on spent man-hours of project
xc2xb7 Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion
xc2xb7 Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT, SAT testing & demo to customer &sign off
xc2xb7 Responsible for Standardization of Engineering.
xc2xb7 Ensures Quality Check on deliverables
xc2xb7 Communication with customer/consultant for project correspondences. Have a close coordination with project manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans and cash collection
xc2xb7 Executing Project along with I&C.
xc2xb7 Site closure as per HON processes.
xc2xb7 Vendor management, selection, PR - PO and follow-ups for delivery
xc2xb7 Contractor SOW preparation
xc2xb7 Required travel 40+% of the time PAN India
xc2xb7 Travel will also be required for Platform.
xc2xb7 Follows ISO, HSE and internal processes.
xc2xb7 Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems ML-200 SM-safety manager, experion migration

• Qualifications: BE - Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control
• Years of Experience: 3 to 8 years.

• Hands on commissioning experience (min 3 years out of 4 years)
• Not supervisor , field experience required
