Position Title: System Engineer
\xc2\xb7 Project engineering, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.
\xc2\xb7 Participates in Sales to projects handover meeting
\xc2\xb7 Work out accurate detailed BOM
\xc2\xb7 Work out forecasting of BOM for anticipated orders
\xc2\xb7 C-KOM, site data collection and input gathering.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations
\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering and architecture.
\xc2\xb7 Site execution planning, manpower planning and team management
\xc2\xb7 Man hour control on spent man-hours of project
\xc2\xb7 Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT testing & demo to customer &sign off
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Execution as per Standard Engineering Process
\xc2\xb7 Ensures Quality Check on deliverables
\xc2\xb7 Communication with customer/consultant for project correspondences. Have a close coordination with project manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans and cash collection
\xc2\xb7 Executing Project along with I&C.
\xc2\xb7 Site closure as per HON processes.
\xc2\xb7 Vendor management, selection, PR - PO and follow-ups for delivery
\xc2\xb7 Contractor SOW preparation
\xc2\xb7 Required travel 30% to 40% of the time
\xc2\xb7 Follows ISO, HSE and internal processes.
\xc2\xb7 Achieve change orders / service orders for out of scope jobs
\xc2\xb7 Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems, Networking, Cyber Security
