evelop control logic for Closed Loop & Open Loop systems. P
repare and maintain I/O databases and assignments for control systems. D
esign and Engineer System, Marshalling, and Relay Panels. G
enerate system architecture and wiring diagrams as per project needs. E
nsure all design inputs, tools, and documentation are in place before execution. D
eliver engineering solutions that meet project standards, quality, and cost targets. E
xtensive site survey experience including assessment of legacy systems, documentation of existing configurations, and identification of development needs. This skill is highly valued for R&M projects and carries significant weightage during candidate evaluation. P
articipate in Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing. L
ead site installation and commissioning activities as per project schedule. P
roactively identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements. C
ollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. E
xperience in DCS/Safety System design and detailed engineering. F
amiliarity with 3rd party system integration and communication protocols (HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus). H
ands-on site commissioning experience is mandatory. E
xposure to Advanced Alarm Management and Asset Management systems. S
trong understanding of instrumentation standards and P&IDs. W
orking knowledge of Sequence Control Modules, including design, configuration, and implementation for automated process sequences in thermal power plant equipment's. T
uning experience in both Boiler and Turbine control loops is considered an added advantage, especially for NTPC thermal power plant operations. E
xposure to critical applications such as: T

aster Fuel Trip (MFT) E
lectrical Systems T
urbine Control Systems P
roven experience in Power Generation, preferably NTPC or similar thermal power plant projects. K
nowledge of Honeywell Experion PKS or equivalent control platforms is a plus. B
achelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. M
inimum 6 years of experience in Process Automation, preferably in the Power domain. H
