\xc2\xb7 Project engineering, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.
\xc2\xb7 Work out accurate detailed BOM
\xc2\xb7 C-KOM, site data collection, and input gathering.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations
\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering, and architecture.
\xc2\xb7 Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT testing & demo to customer &sign off
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Standardization of Engineering.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures Quality Check on deliverables
\xc2\xb7 Communication with customers/consultants for project correspondences. Have close coordination with the project manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans, and cash collection
\xc2\xb7 Executing Project along with I&C.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in offshore platforms will be an added advantage and the Engineer should be Ready to Travel Offshore platform
\xc2\xb7 Site closure as per HON processes.
\xc2\xb7 Vendor management, selection, PR - PO, and follow-ups for delivery
\xc2\xb7 Contractor SOW preparation
\xc2\xb7 Required travel 30% to 40% of the time
\xc2\xb7 Follows ISO, HSE, and internal processes.
\xc2\xb7 Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems
\xc2\xb7 Achieve change orders/service orders for out-of-scope jobs
\xc2\xb7 Off Shore Platform deputation required as per project requirement.
