Job Description

In this role we are looking for a highly skilled Developer and DevOps Engineer contributing to the design and development of the in-house AIOps platform. With a basic understanding of Subsurface & Wells domain workflows and a strong technical foundation, playing a pivotal role in enhancing automation, operational efficiency, and system reliability across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Reengineer the AI Bots using Python and NLP to improve performance and reliability. Develop auto-remediation modules to enable self-healing service operations. Built and maintain Java core services and Spring Boot microservices for data automation and verification. Create real-time dashboards for log and mnemonic tracking, reducing manual interventions. Familiar with Service now and Integration via API's with multiple services SSL certificate renewals and Active Directory service requests workflows Design RPA solutions for operational efficiency Design SQL-backed reporting and dashboards for reporting automation Manage AWS platform with a fair understanding of cloud-native architecture Manage production and non-production SQL Server instances and functional accounts. Maintain GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines Supported application testing through CT pipelines and BDD test cases. Collaborate on server patching and vulnerability remediation efforts. In this role you will be required to work based in Bangalore as part of Ops Innovation & Excellence Team. You must be highly motivated with good communication skills with proven ability to work within a team environment and ability to work unsupervised. Adheres to the company's management process for the resolution of problems and assigned to the Modernized Ops team. Coordinates all work assigned to the team queues. * Adheres to the Company change management process in the communication and coordination of changes that impact any Company production computing systems.
