Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy system solutions that align with business objectives. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SNOW and Splunk-related issues to minimize downtime. - Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures to support operational efficiency. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system-related concerns. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. - Implement security measures to protect system data and prevent unauthorized access. - Monitor system capacity and plan for future growth to support business expansion. Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SNOW and Splunk functionalities. - Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful system integration and upgrades. - Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that improve system capabilities. - Support the development of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
