STERP software Knowledge.

Knowledge of Structure cabling, Sharing internet connection.

Installation Software

Knowledge of IP Address.

Configure, Manage & Troubleshoot Mail client (MS Outlook).

Troubleshooting related MS office software.

Driver's installation.

Installing, sharing and maintenance of Printers & Scanners.

Knowledge of installing and configuring Antivirus & BIOS Setting.

Remote management.

Installation, Upgrade and Repair of OS (Windows 7, 10 & 11).

Windows Backup and Restore & Drive sharing.

Disk Management, Partitions, Folder sharing, Access Permission.

Troubleshooting of operating system.

Troubleshooting on Hardware Level - (Desktop & Laptop).

Identify different types of PC Problems.

Server 2019 Knowledge

Sophos firewall Knowledge

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
