Systems Architect

to support out technology infrastructure and helping us design systems -- a role perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute across multiple areas.

About the Role

This is a unique position combining IT systems and business operations. You will be responsible for implementing new systems for our digital infrastructure while assisting with essential business tasks. You'll be a key player helping keep our teams connected, coming up with new ideas, solving problems and ensuring operations run smoothly.

IT Systems, Tools & Processes

Research and identify the best tech and platforms to streamline internal workflows, manage projects, and keep everything running smoothly Understand problems end-to-end, research options, map requirements, and design practical solutions before implementing anything Design and implement scalable systems for key business processes (e.g., billing, compliance, onboarding) to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent, repeatable workflows that everyone can follow Research, select, and integrate the best tools (CRM, project management, automation platforms) to optimize cross-functional workflows Work with teams to identify process bottlenecks, then design smarter, more efficient systems to eliminate them Automate repetitive tasks and build tracking systems to ensure accuracy, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity Continuously improve and optimize existing workflows, ensuring scalability and ease of use across departments Improve internal and external communication channels (WhatsApp, VoIP, call routing, shared inboxes) so the organisation runs smoothly Set up and refine essential tools (Microsoft 365, communication platforms, collaboration systems like Clickup) with a focus on workflow, clarity, and long-term usability -- not just technical setup Investigate and troubeshoot any issues across tools; identify root causes; design preventative fixes; and document improved processes Improve the company's online presence (websites, social media) through structured monitoring and simple, robust systems Maintain digital marketing assets (SEO basics, email marketing) Build dashboards and automate reporting (Google Sheets, Power BI) to create clear visibility into KPIs, efficiency, and operational bottlenecks

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree Interest and aptitude in IT systems, digital tools, and operations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration and vendor coordination Comfortable with multitasking between technical and non-technical duties Willingness to learn new tools like CRM software, Power BI, and digital marketing platforms Previous experience in small business or startup environments a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
