Experience & Skill Requirements:Minimum 5 years of SAP ABAP End to End Implementation with strong implementation and workflow experience in at least two implementation projects. Using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology Must have experience in S4 HANA data migrations and brownfield implementation.Must have good experience in AdobeForms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows , ABAP HR and strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working on developments for implementation projects.Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.Experience in Data Migration strategies and execution. Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.)Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and is good at problem solving.
