We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day operations of our Global ERP Finance systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable financial interfaces, timely resolution of incidents, and smooth delivery of minor system enhancements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

What you will do

Provide timely support for operational issues and urgent, time-bound business requirements. Support and maintain financial interfaces connected to the Global ERP system. Handle incidents and service requests raised by business users. Support Core Systems Finance in daily operational activities. Provide testing support for bug fixes and minor system change requests. Contribute to plans and objectives defined by the Core Systems Team. Work closely with Business Units to ensure smooth and stable ERP operations.

What you bring

Experience

University degree with 0-1 year experience supporting ERP finance systems, experience in INFOR LN is a plus. Understanding of financial processes and system interfaces. Experience in trouble shooting, user support, and system testing. Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage urgent requests. Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams. Detail-oriented with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
