Job Duties:

• The Support resource will play a key role to partner with the application Support and Development teams for Corporate Finance applications such as SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and Oracle ERP at Visa to ensure appropriate levels of quality assurance that meet Visa s standards.
• Provide end user support for applications (Oracle, Ariba & Concur) and assist to resolve all issues and provide upgrade and enhancements to various functional/technical expectations.
• Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance to all standards.
• Trouble shoot and resolve the issues for the existing developed applications and ensure tickets closed within SLA s.
• To do data and code Analysis, Design and Help to maintain code quality and automatization.
• Reports errors and code defects to development organizations collaborates to prioritize fixes and validate solutions. Participates in de-escalation plans and situation war rooms to resolve critical product issues impacting customer business operations.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

• A minimum of 4 years experience as an application support analyst or similar role.
• Should have worked in two or more SAP Ariba and Oracle EBS Support/Rollouts/Integration Projects and act as a liaison between Business stakeholders, Procurement functions and Shared services team.

• Experience with Technical development in Oracle EBS 12.1.1 modules - Oracle Financials and knowledge of underlying the integrations between application technology and Interfaces.

• Good experience in writing PL/SQL Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, Cursor procedures/functions and triggers

• Should have worked in SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream applications. Provides solutions to technical issues impacting customers business processes and their ability to conduct commerce through SAP Ariba applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with management and Business partners.

• Driven and self-motivated. Work creatively to solve challenging problems. Multi-tasking ability essential to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction from management

• Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, strong attention to detail, team oriented, energetic, collaborative and flexible style.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in SAP Ariba Procurement including SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Catalog and Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance and Supplier Risk
• Experience in Oracle ERP (eBusiness Suite R12) Procure to Pay and Record to Report modules.
• Technical development experience with Oracle EBS 12.1.1 modules - Oracle Financials
• Experience in SAP Concur application.
