We are seeking a skilled system Analyst I to support the IT infrastructure of our Oracle Cerner Healthcare client. This role requires hands-on expertise in Windows-based environments with a focus on security, performance, and end-user support. Responsibilities includes managing security patching for servers, upgrades and monitoring of servers via 3rd party solution, remediating vulnerabilities detected via security scanning and mitigating end user issues.

Responsibilities:
Working as System Analyst 1 will primarily focus on supporting the Day-to-day operations of the 3rd party team, which is heavily reliant on windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of windows technologies and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customer's Windows environments.
• Perform Tech currency and upgrades.
• Windows, Citrix Experience
• Collaborate with within team and other technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience with either Linux or Windows Operating systems would be an added advantage
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
