About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy
Systems Expert
to join our team. This role focuses on setting up, managing, and optimising SMS and LMS platforms for our clients, ensuring they get the most out of their systems. You'll work closely with RTOs, providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and maintain SMS & LMS platforms for clients
Onboard new RTO clients and tailor system setups to their requirements
Provide ongoing technical and user support
Ensure data integrity and compliance with ASQA, NCVER, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail in data entry and management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience training or supporting users at varying skill levels
