Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Manage and maintain network connections, Wi-Fi, and internet services.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and purchasing IT equipment.
Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
Support data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, and cloud tools.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
