: Functions and Responsibilities: . Design, Install, monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team. . Maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix XenApp 6.5 & 7. ., XenDesktop 7. ., Virtual app and Desktop, MCS, UPM, WEM, SF. . Knowledge of Citrix farm management, Session management, printer management, Application publishing/ decommissioning in Citrix farm, Log monitoring/maintenance. . Requires Good understanding of Windows Active Directory, Terminal Server, DNS, DHCP and Windows 10, thin client. Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019. . Perform a regular Citrix server monitoring, health checks, maintenance to ensure the environment is stable and available. . Need to have good exposure on VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V/XenServer environment. . Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers. . Taking part in upgrading and updating the system\'s applications, installing it with up to date. . Assist in defining, maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related area 6+ years\' experience in supporting and managing Citrix environment. . Expert level knowledge in Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop Environments (All versions). . Experience in Administration of large complex CVAD 1912 LTSR. . Expert knowledge on MCS Environment. . In-depth understanding about SAN, fabrics and Host to SAN connectivity. . Resource management and fine tuning of Citrix environment. . Experience in Troubleshooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis & strong fundamentals. . Good Knowledge in Automation skills required on PowerShell for Citrix. . Experience with Active Directory. . Must be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in above. . Participate in Change & release management - Plan & Implement routine, normal & complex changes - Participate in CAB and implementation - Raise change requests where required . Ability to lead escalations - within Citrix and cross platform. . Virtualization - Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V . Good to have Cloud platforms - AWS or MS Azure and Automation (PowerShell, Ansible or other scripting experience will be considered an advantage)
