Essential Job Functions:

• Execute data quality lifecycle including profiling, DQ measure set up, remediation,monitoring and measuring business value.
• Execute Account merge approval process
• Execute non-standard Account hierarchy corrections
• Documenting rules, guidelines, processes and standards to set up and maintain data quality
• Evaluating what is needed to solve a specific data problem, performing root cause analysis and creating corrective action plans, defining how to best achieve the desired outcome.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Sales Operation, Account Operation.
• Experience with Account Master Processes and Account Hierarchy is a must
• Experience in data profiling, data quality rule set up, root cause analysis, data remediation, data monitoring and data quality dashboards.
• Experience in data enrichment tools (i.e. D&B, Leadspace etc) and processes.
• Experience in MDM Account data, metadata, hierarchy, duplication & validation rules, tools and processes.
• Experience with Account Master data standards, operational and analytical processes, systems, metrics and E2E Data flow.
• Experience with MDM Account data, metadata, hierarchy, duplication & validation rules, tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
