Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Ticket Triaging based on problem description.
  • Basic Knowledge on Service Request Management and Incident Management(Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Service Now etc)....
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Strictly adhering and understanding the process and work accordingly.
  • Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation
Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge in Unix Commands
  • Understanding in ITSM tools.
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
  • Basic Knowledge on computers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills.
