Job Description

We are looking for a

System Technician

to provide daily technical support for classrooms, labs, staff offices, and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintain

desktop computers, laptops, printers, and lab systems

Install OS, educational software, and system updates Provide technical support to

teachers, students, and admin staff

Maintain

smart classrooms

(projectors, smart boards, audio systems) Assist with

LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Support

online exams, virtual classes, and digital assessments

Maintain

system inventory and service logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's in Computer or IT field 1-3 years' experience in institutional IT support Knowledge of

Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting

Basic networking knowledge Patient, service-oriented attitude

Preferred

:

Experience in

schools or colleges

Knowledge of

biometric attendance, CCTV systems
