Job Description

User & System Support:

Respond to user requests (tickets/calls/emails) for hardware/software issues, network problems, and general IT queries.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including installations, upgrades, software bugs, and connectivity problems.

Monitoring:

Watch system performance, database availability, server metrics (CPU, memory), and security alerts.

Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT systems.

Security:

Implement and enforce security protocols (2FA, data protection), report anomalies, and advise users on best practices.

Documentation:

Record and track issues in ticketing systems and document solutions.

Collaboration:

Work with other teams (Dev, QA, vendors) to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

SLA Management:

Ensure timely resolution of issues to meet service level agreements.

Pay: ₹18,368.29 - ₹48,787.95 per month
